Exercise.
Excerise.
Excerise.

Working with movement, for me, is an ongoing act of return - a sustained process of trying, revisiting, and re-experiencing. Each gesture emerges, shifts, and reconfigures, never fully fixed, never exactly repeatable.
Rather than pursuing precision, I am interested in processes of refinement that unfold through repetition and attention. In this continuous practice, movement becomes a form of research; one grounded in experience, where authenticity arises through doing and reflecting.
There is no final or finished state. Movement resists closure; it changes with each day, each body, each moment. Thus the need to work with movement as an exercise: an opertunity to experience, discover and to (re)define.
What has been cannot be reproduced exactly, but instead approached again from a different perspective.
By loosening the expectation of control, movement reveals itself as process: a step, a trial, an attempt, an experiment - an exercise in ongoing becoming.
Let's exercise!
